RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- P&C license and L&H license preferred not required - you will have to be willing to get Licensed ASAP
- Detailed oriented
- Organized daily task
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
